This provides clarity and understanding to our customers relating to the processes that our work involves and in turn helps our customers manage their client’s expectations, aids planning and facilitates efficient scheduling of work.

From a technical standpoint, our input varies according to each customer’s needs and ranges from basic advice for some, through to full design and drawings being required for others. It is equally important to clarify the time frames required for each service undertaken and that our customers understand that appropriate time must be allowed with regard to design work, calculations and full panel drawings when this is required.

At Steel Frame Solutions, we approach each project on an individual basis and understand that project time scales change – Whilst we recognise this and will endeavour to reflect a flexible approach – we will not compromise the quality of our work or technical service offering or diminish the realistic time frame required to offer a professional service.

It should be noted that the time allocated to provide each service, starts from when our technical services team are in receipt of ALL the necessary and relevant information to undertake technical work in relation to the service required.

Upon receipt of the information sent to our technical department, a review of the information will be conducted – if we require further information we will inform you accordingly.

  3.  Storey height – Building dimensions – Post code (For wind load calculations)
